Planning
Having an office that is small, needs to showcase Arthmate’s capabilities and yet having a
warm inviting space for its employees has its own challenges. The Architects planned an
inviting reception which flows into the open office. The Architects have used a good blend
of natural materials like wire cut bricks + wooden slats on the ceiling. Lots of green walls
add to the biophillia and help bring in nature to the office. The planning is done in a
manner that no area is deprived of natural light.
Creating a Balance
Collab areas are thrown all around the office. The Collab showcases elements that is
reminiscent of a modern-day home. Every Office & Meeting space is equipped with a
writing board and a VC facility. Walls are adorned with memorabilia that bring in the local
flavour. The colour palette is earthy, yet distinct but not overpowering. The ceiling gives in
a sense of identity to the Office.
