1. GBC Gold achieved
2. Passive Solar Energy, powering upto 2.5% of total capacity
3. Parking management system for 300 cars (including stacks)
4. Retrofitted Water-cooled Chiller based HVAC System in a building designed for VRF
5. Redesigned Podium Landscape to create interactive spaces for a captive office space
