Technip FMC, Hyderabad

Embarking around the baseline idioms of Form Space and Colour, Technip FMC is designed and rearranged to suite user satisfaction. From implementation of rectilinear forms to maximise use of achromatic colours, with playful but strategic implementation of selected accent colours, this office space is a blend crafted in its own.

Some of the unique features, as said above, are:

Rectilinear forms: All spaces are marked with linear regularity. Sharp crisp lines lace spaces, and elements on their profiles from ceiling to doors to skirting. We see defined lines marking out their presence in bold black as if it were art that is emphasised black strokes.

Achromatic colours + Accent colours: The spaces are well marked with colour for zone wise differentiation. Achromatic blacks, whites and greys, along with wooden finished laminates mark formal work zones, such as cabins, open offices, etc. Whereas, accent colours pop their presence in informal work zones such as collaborative areas, café and pantry spaces, etc. This distinguished use of colour helps the user to acquire the required mind frame, when they step in or out from these oriented zones.

Technip FMC in context is the phase 2 i.e. it is the complete Technip FMC work spaces having its previous part already functional. The difference, it is been customized with respect to international standards in mind. Hence it displays tried and tested user functionality features. This ensures more productive minds and revitalizes users of the space.

As suggested earlier, the following office is made with international design ideology with strategic application of space utilization and colour. One more upgrade, was increasing the previous ceiling height, ensuring maximised breathable headroom. This change not only enables a larger breather, but also helps technically in acoustic aspects, such as sound absorption and reflection with respective spaces.

The floor plate incorporated a building wall dividing it in parts, not exceeding more than 1500 sqft. As per fire norms. By integrating this wall as a functional cabin wall and aligning all enclosed spaces with this wall, the design was blended in, not making the division to stand out as a restriction. On the contrary, it was used and utilized and immersed within the design
